Kristin McDermott- Owner/Broker/CPBD
Kristin was born and raised in the real estate and construction world. That influence expresses
innate knowledge and interest in the field. Real estate for her is not merely a transaction.
Kristin’s approach to real estate is one of exploration and seeking of opportunities. Her
knowledge, experience, and approach to the identification of potential, as well as perceived
obstacles, makes prospecting and transactions an educational and collaborative experience.
Kristin is a Texas licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Professional Building Designer,
entrepreneur, and devoted land steward.

Jubal Grubb- Realtor®
Jubal’s approach to real estate is centered around building strong relationships with clients and
tailoring services to fit their needs. His professional background includes experience in
construction, military service, and environmental stewardship with transportation planning.
He upholds integrity and respect as core values, and understands the unique needs of service
members and their families. Jubal loves helping clients find their dream home or land. When
he's not helping clients, serving his VFW community, or working on transportation projects,
Jubal enjoys exploring the Hill Country, and all that the area has to offer.
