Kristin McDermott Owner/Broker/CPBD

Kristin was born and raised in the real estate and construction world. Exposure to those professions as a livelihood, along with the influence of close and respected family members and friends who made their way by farm, ranch and land management bore a passion for land, real estate, and entrepreneurship that expresses as an innate knowledge and interest in the field. Real estate for her is not merely a transaction, but rather a passion within which the many facets of creativity, home, work, community, and success can be explored and achieved.

Kristin’s approach to real estate is one of exploration and seeking of opportunities. Her knowledge, experience, and approach to the identification of great potential, as well as perceived obstacles, in all areas of real estate makes prospecting and transactions an educational and collaborative experience. Kristin is a Texas licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Professional Building Designer, entrepreneur, and devoted land steward.



Jubal Grubb

Jubal’s personal approach to real estate is centered around building strong relationships with clients and tailoring his services to fit their needs.
His professional background includes early career experience in construction, and military service, and later with integrating environmental stewardship and conservation with transportation planning.
Coming from a military service background, he upholds honor, integrity, respect, and commitment as core values, and has a clear understanding of the unique needs of service members and their families.

As a professional, trustworthy, and friendly real estate agent in the Hill Country , Jubal loves nothing more than helping clients find their dream home or land.

When he's not helping clients, serving his VFW community, or working on transportation projects.

Jubal enjoys exploring the Hill Country, and all that the area has to offer.
